Mommies
Mommies make the world go around. We give love. We give Hugs. We wipe noses. We Kiss boo-boos. We tuck in. We play. We kill bugs. We fold clothing. We walk to the park. We take to dance. We sing, sometimes off key. We smile. We make everything better. We give advise. We listen. We share. We go without. We laugh at jokes we have hear a million times. We sing to Miley. We watch the Disney channel, and Sponge Bob. We snuggle like pros. We clean up puke. We clean up caca. We watch of babies grow. We cry. We get frustrated. We love our husbands. We are friends. We say cover your mouth. We give time-outs. We read bedtime stories. We play dress up. We pick up toys. We cook. We clean. We watch dance recitals. We feel sad when our children our sad. We feel on top of the world when our kids are happy. We worry. We cheer. We teach. We learn. We sing silly songs to make little ones laugh. We give baths. We brush teeth. We administer health care. We rock. We pick up messes. We glow. We are proud. We are strong. We are weak. We are vulnerable. We change diapers. We potty train. We wonder what tomorrow may bring. We remain positive in difficult situations. We go when we are tired. We give kisses. We scare away monsters. We play house. We give underdogs. We clean sand out of little toes. We push strollers. We pull wagons. We say no. We giggle. We hope. We pray. We are humble. We brag. We wish on stars. We support. We Love...unconditionally. We cannot imagine life before becoming a Mommy. We think about all of the wonderful things are children behold. We pray we are teaching our babies to be wonderful people. We pray for their health and happiness. We are Mommies. We make the world go around. we wouldn't have it any other way.

Cindy Moo Who and her bebe
Grandpa Dave raises cows. Chloe is fascinated by them. She went last year to see the babies and even "got her very own cow" her name "Cindy Moo-Who." The Beauties, Gramma Val and I went went to visit the cows today (the triplets first time ever.) We got to ride in the gator and everything. Fun! The cows were very interested in us...as much as we were them. We saw Cindy Moo-Who...she is all grown up and a Momma herself these days. Chloe thought is was so cool that she had a calf and it even has a white face just like Cindy! The Beauties fed them some corn and were so excited that they came up so close to us. Everyone stayed clear of the "cowpies" well...everyone except Mommy that is. I stepped right into a brand new fresh one...ewwww...ewwww...ewwww...I am such a city gal, and have no problem admitting that to anyone.
Toadie my love
Chloe is showing more and more that she may in fact be the "Tom-Boy" of the Little Beauties. Matty and I go around and around about this issue. I have said since the day she was born that she would be a girlie girl all the way...but it looks like Daddy may be right. Chloe found little toadie in the backyard yesterday. She not only found him...she caught him all on her own. She chased him, and caught him in a sand bucket. Oh how she fell in love with this little hopping creature. She gave it a rock, and some grass, and called it his new home. I will also add, the triplets, scared to death of dear toadie. Chloe played with him for quite some time. Letting him hop around and then re-catching him. She even called him her new best buddy. So sweet. After she introduced him to Grammy Pam, Mommy tried to explain that we would need to let him go back free in the yard. I tried to explain...lightly...that he could not be an indoor pet. That he would be so much happier outside, hopping and eating buglys. Chloe was devastated by this. She wanted so much to keep him, indoors. After much coaxing, she released him, and cried for toadie for an hour after. Saying "I'll never ever ever see him again." Poor sweetie. She really loved that toadie. Hopefully we will run across his path again.
Another Wonderful Spring day
The Beauties favorite place to be...the backyard...of course. We have been outside almost everyday this Spring. They love to explore. They love to swing. The littlest Beauties have even decided they are ready for big-girl swings. All four of them fight over the one that we have. (Guess it's time to get three more, huh?) They love to pick "flowers" aka dandelions. They love the rocks, the sand, the fresh air. They chase birdies and watch for airplanes. They look for "evil kitty" and puppies and even worms. They roll down the hill. They have even discovered the croquet game. Chloe loves it! She wants to play every single time we go out. They just plain ole love being outside. It makes me so happy when they are happy and having a good time just being Little Beauties.
Tooth fairy visit number two
Ballerina Girl
Chloe is all ready for her ballet recital next week. We have been calling her ballerina girl instead of Chloe the last few days. She had a full dress rehearsal at class on Monday. She is even more excited now for the big day. She looks so sweet in her costume. I must also say...she knows ALL the steps by heart. She does them over and over again. she enjoys dancing so much. She recently informed me that she would like to do dance and gymnastics next year...hmmm I think we will have to pick one or the other. We will see which one it will be.

Little Dandelion Pickers
One of the Beauties' favorite things about being outside..picking flowers...especially...Dandelions. They LOVE them. They walk the yard, over and over again and collect handheld bouquets of them. It is truly one of the sweetest things to watch. We also have started making "bracelets" out of them. Silvie thinks these are wonderful. It is hard to believe that they are considered "weeds" We just don't have the heart to spray them and call them weeds when they bring the Beauties so much joy. Today they discovered the lilac bush. They are much like Mommy and seem to adore the sweet smell. we picked a bunch and brought them inside...although it was very difficult convincing them to put them in the water. They just wanted to carry them all around sniff them. Happy Spring.
1st practice
Chloe girl had her very first tee ball practice yesterday. She did really well and loved it.
She ran bases, did warm up stretches, caught grounders and even took a turn at bat. She only showed a one sign of being like her Momma..."Mommy, I'm hot." I think I heard her say it about twenty-some times in an hour and a half. Other than that, her attention stayed focused (as well as a five year old can stay focused.) I only caught her digging for worms in the field once. Hee hee. She seemed to enjoy herself very much. We have lots of practicing ahead of us. She is a wee bit afraid of the ball...who isn't? She did very well at bat, she can hit them pretty far for as small as she is. She played first base and third base and liked both. Hopefully she will take after her Mommy and be a first base regular...wink wink. She was very excited that the two head coaches asked her Mommy to be an assistant coach, of course I said yes. She thinks that is very special and so does Mommy. We are all very excited for the next practice.
