"Little Punkins" at the Pumpkin Patch

We made our annual trip to the patch on Sunday. What a great way to spend my birthday. Out in the fall air with my hubby and our beauties! The girls were very excited to find their pumpkins and pick apples. Although they still were feeling pretty crummy...yes I am one of those that probably should stay home and not spread germs, but the fresh air always seems to to everyone good. In my defense, we were outside, not in any type of confined space.
Honey Acres still had plenty of apples to pick (and eat) and we ate plenty. I think by the end, we may have eaten more than we brought home. The triplets were even double fisting them. Chloe had a blast using the apple picker. She was a pro this year.

Little Beauties at the Pumpkin Patch

Getting ready to go to the Pumpkin Patch. Can you tell Chloe is more than ready to go?

What a fun afternoon we had the the patch. Honey Acre Orchards. We picked lots of apples. Ate apples. Looked for special pumpkins, grown just for us. Ate some more apples. The Little Beauties ran around like they owned the place. Matt and I decided that we would love to own an orchard/pumpkin patch (maybe someday.) By the way...almost all of our apples have been eaten already! We have discovered the Little Beauties love to eat them with skin and NOT cut into slices. Yep. They prefer the entire apple. Whatever works.
