Chloe's BFF Olivia had her birthday party on Saturday. The party was held at the Gym-Nest. What a fun time had by all. I think the favorite for all the kiddos was the foam pit. Chloe and Olivia were jumping off the platform into the pit, climbing the rope wall and falling in too. Jocelyn, Farrah and Silvie went in backwards (good girls) and crawled all over the pit. What a fantastic place for a kids birthday party! Thanks for inviting all of us to celebrate your day Olivia!

Fight Fight Fight for IOWA

It's Homecoming weekend in Hawkeye-town. You know how much the Little Beauties love parades. It has become an annual tradition to meet up with our BFFs and hit downtown to watch the parade, catch goodies and cheer on the Hawkeyes! We took a photo opportunity before leaving home...of course. The girls enjoyed sitting on the step and waving at our neighbor Frank. After the photo session ended, because Mommy was sweating her patootie off, we packed 'em up and headed out to our usual spot (yep...conveniently in front of the Java House.) No surprise...the Little Beauties had a Fantastic time! GO HAWKS! Another note...(Hey WIFE/BFF will you get me one of those shirts the next time you are in the area? Kiss Kiss...love you.)

Chloe and her BFF are having a sleepover tonight! They wanted to send a good night to Olivia's Mommy and Daddy...so here it is!

Little Climbers

We had a little outing today with our BFF's. Molly, Olivia and Laila. Daddy even came too! We took the "little beauties" to the Par-Tee Zone. They spent two hours climbing and running, crawling and sliding, and let us not forget squealing with delight. Poor little Laila girl...the triplets just LOVE her and she is so not used to having three people the same size as she is being mobile and literally attacking her. Jocelyn, Farrah and Silvie invade her space...big time. They hug her and kiss her and knock her over. They are trying to show her how much they care...it is truly sweet. Olivia and Chloe were red faced and sweaty when we left...well, hmm...so was I. By the way, Kristi, if you read this...the girl I talked to on the phone...must have hit the crack pipe right before I called...the prices have not changed. Still a very affordable place to take the kids. We will have to add that to out list of things to do when the weather is a blistering 150+ degrees. Sorry about the incorrect information!

Let's Hula

It was a "HULA" party for Laila's 1st Birthday. There were plenty of smiles and fun! Here are a few photos of the "birthday girl" enjoying her chocolate cake! MMMMM is for messy! There is also a new couple in the mix...Zach and Jocelyn were flirting it up. Sharing the bowl of "chippies." Chloe and Jake were side by side too. (I am going to get into that Brown family somehow.) Hee hee.

Good Times with Auntie Jenn

Auntie Jennifer is here for a visit from Chile! We had fun playing outside, blowing bubbles and catching up. Aunt Suzie and Uncle Tom came too! Uncle Tom and Chloe had fun reading stories.Auntie Jenn and Suzie kept busy making friends with the triplets. They loved the bubbles so that helped break the ice a bit. We met up with Auntie Molly and Chloe's BFF Olivia at where else...Carlos Kelly's. Mmmm chili con queso. Olivia did not want to let her BFF down, so they got to stay up late and hang out with the big girls. Uncle Tom gave Chloe and Olivia mini swords and the waitress even brought out a few more. Yes, they were jousting in Carlos. The patrons seated around us were very amused. No really, they were. Uncle Tom tried to get Chloe to eat a cherry...nope. We are looking forward to Saturday. Auntie Molly's birthday! Matt and I are headed for a night out with Molly, Clint, Jenn and Brad to celebrate. So great to see Jenn and her family! We look forward to Saturday!
